What is Numishow?
Numishow is a virtual Coin and Currency show. Dealers lease ‘booth space’, and display their items for sale. Buyers can come any time, day or night, and browse those items, purchasing the items they desire. Numishow is responsible for maintenance and advertising to bring potential customers to the site.
What makes Numishow Different?
Numishow is a revolutionary concept in the online coin and currency milieu. The large auction sites charge a plethora of fees; listing fees, enhancement fees, and the ever-rising percentage-based seller’s premium. These sites take a percentage of EVERY ITEM a dealer sells, forcing dealers to raise prices to recover lost profits. A dealer also never knows how much they will have to pay each month in auction fees, making pricing even more difficult.
Numishow charges a very reasonable fee for booth space, often less than a single 3-day weekend coin show. After this, the dealer can sell 1 item or a 1000 items, and never pay another cent (NOTE: The bank will charge a 1.99% transaction fee per invoice.) The money show-based economic model keeps costs to a predictable minimum for dealers, so prices will tend to be lower than the traditional 'auction-based' sites.
How Do I Become a Dealer?
Click the 'Become a Dealer' link on the main page and follow the registration instructions. Dealers can choose a package that suits their budgets. The longer a dealer leases space, the lower the monthly cost of that space becomes. Dealers have a choice of 1, 3, 6 and 12 month packages. Dealers can select the 'auto-renew' feature to allow NUMiSHOW.com to charge their cards according to the package they select (once every month, 3 months, 6 months or annually.)
What is this Buyer's Fee?
When an attendee visits a physical show, they will pay an entrance fee to help cover the costs of the show. This fee manifests itself in Numishow as a very modest $1.00US charge for each invoice a buyer generates. Note that this is NOT a per item charge. You can have an invoice with 100 items and the buyer's fee will still be $1.00US.
How are Invoices Generated?
Invoices are generated on a PER DEALER basis. Just as you would transact with each individual dealer at a show, so too will you on Numishow. For example, if you buy ten items from a single dealer, you will have one invoice. If you buy ten items from ten dealers, you will generate ten invoices. This is to satisfy banking and tax requirements, and is standard practice on all web-based multi-vendor sites.
